Spring Work Outs

The time is finally here! Spring workouts!
Next week we will be starting workouts Monday and Wednesday’s after school until about 3:30. This is an opportunity for players to build strength and start conditioning for the upcoming season. Summer is too late to start preparing for fall! The more sessions you can attend the better prepared we will be for the season. Coach Aric and I are looking forward to seeing the girls working out together, building relationships, and growing our program. See you all on Monday!
